Yoga By The Dozen Review and Giveaway

Are your kids like mine and when you are exercising
try to imitate what you are doing?
I was recently sent Yoga By The Dozen a wonderful yoga program for kids.
Joanna Ross is the incredibly limber lady behind the DVD.
She helps to teach the children the 12 yoga moves in the DVD.

I put the DVD on for my kids to do and immediately they were
ready to go.
Of course there were some spacing issues but Ninja just decided to
do his yoga on the couch.
Whatever works I say.
Here are some pictures of the kids perfecting their yoga moves.

Rosie had a hard time doing a few of the poses but has
informed me that by the end of summer
if she does the video every day she will have it down pat.
She is a braver yoga person than her mommy.

Not only can you get the adorable DVD but she has so many other cute yoga items for kids.
Like the Yoga Mat with hands and feet and her Yoga T-Shirt.

Joanna has graciously offered to give 1 lucky Our Crazy Bunch
