Apple Picking

We did something new and fun yesterday
we went apple picking.
We had so much fun collecting apples, climbing trees and loosing a few things.

Now my only question is what to do with all these apples?
I attempted apple crisp last night but umm yeah
I'll do a whole other blog post of those 2 failed
(yes I said 2) attempts.

Here are some of the many picture we took yesterday...

 Grab yourself a ladder
Those ladders are NOT very sturdy
Not nearly all we brought home.

We went to find something to eat and came across
The 3 Little Pigs

Watch out here comes the Big Bad Wolf

Oh and the things we lost?
Rosie lost her tooth eating apples...

Rinsing out her mouth.

Happy girl hanging with her missing tooth!

Now can someone give me some good apple recipes?

  1. Wonderful pictures! I remember enjoying a lot of American apples with my twin sister when we were young. They taste so-o-o good!

  4. My brother in law went apple picking on Saturday and dropped off a ton of apples. I made a quick glazed cinnamon apple cake on Sunday and posted the recipe on my blog today if you are interested.

  6. applesauce. core the apples and cook them with cinnamon(or not). I then spoon them through my meat grinder attachment on my Kitchen Aid and it makes great applesauce, no sugar necessary!
