My Crazy Bunch: Spray Paint Make-Over

I found this wonderful color spray paint

a few months ago at Wal-Mart on clearance

for $1.99 a can.

I knew just what I would do with this

lovely shade the moment I saw it.

I would spray paint Rosie's white iron bed.

Her room from the time she was born has been

shades of pink and purple.

Always leaning a little more towards the pinks.

I have had the spray paint for a few months now just waiting

on me to get motivated to get started.

Yesterday after having a migraine most of the day

and a bunch of the kids friends over

I found my motivation.

(I think it was getting out of a house full of girls watching Grease)

I took the bed apart and laid down my husband's tarp

(sorry babe)

and got started.

It has been white since my mom painted it for me when I was 16.

Since I turned 29 last week I think it was over due for a makeover.

Here is the bed all put back together.

It is just the right amount of purple to tie the room together.
