Neon Tiki Tribe Review

Have you met the Neon Tiki Tribe!
Tia, Zeke, Mowah, and Dar are a team of  super-positive super-heroes.
Each book is rich with color, personality, moral stories,
and a font that was created to help kids with dyslexic symptoms!

Did you know that nearly 1 in 10 kids have dyslexic symptoms?

These books also serve as great conversation starters
with parents, grandparents, and care-givers.
They help to guide children to have these
"difficult" conversations with the
people they trust in their lives.

My favorite book of the Neon Tiki Tribe
series is the
'Bullies: Playground Push-Around'
book.

Bullying is such a big topic right now in schools
and sometimes can be hard for children
to know what to do
if they are being bullied or if they witness
another child being bullied.
These books help to open up a different conversation
with your children than you may have already had.

We recently had a few friends over to read one
of the Neon Tiki Tribe books.
The children loved the stories and the illustrations
throughout the book.
Most of the children were about to enter kindergarten
and may not have had to deal
with bullying yet.
The books got them talking about what to do
if they were bullied or if they see someone else
being bullied.
My favorite answers from the kids were:

Tell a teacher
Get Superman to help
Tell the mean kid to stop being mean

The children enjoyed the books and all got to take one home with them.
The extra books I had I donated to my kids teachers
for the classroom library.
