Two Birthday's on one day! 3rd and 237th

November 10th is a busy day for us.

In fact we have 3 birthdays on that day alone. 

My youngest 'baby', my father-in-law and the US Marine Corps.

Saturday we celebrated 2 of those.

My 'baby' turned 3 and the US Marine Corps turned 

the ripe old age of 237!

Crazy 8's #Birthday fun!?!

In my opinion Rosie has been pretty adorable

since she was born.

She was an easy going baby and toddler.

Her fun years began when she turned 4 and honsetly

haven't ended yet.

I blame the fact that from day one she has been called 

a princess by everyone. 

She is a sweet fun loving dramatic with 

a capital D little girl. 

Last week was her 8th birthday and I don't 

know if I want more dramatics or crazy this year.

Lets just hope for an easy year since this year will 

be anything but easy for her. 

2nd grade has proved to be interesting already

and we are only 2 weeks in. 

For little Rosie's birthday we took her and her 

BFF to Build A Bear workshop

so that they could make matching bunnies

with matching outfits and matching bags. 

You know so she could be like me and my BFF

and all our matching.

In honor of baby Hulk's 2nd birthday

I am going to be self giving away 

a Pillow Pet today.

I know everyone knows and loves 

Pillow Pets as much as we do at our house.

In fact all four of my children have 2 

Pillow Pets each.

Big boy (make me sad to type that) Hulk loves his 

Buzzy Bumble Bee Pillow Pet so much

we take him everywhere.

In fact we have him in the miniature size for  times we 

can not carry around a full sized Pillow Pet.

I can not believe that 2 years have already flown by.

My little baby Hulk is 2 today.

Last night before my parents left we went 

to Rainforest Cafe and let them sing him

'Happy Birthday'

Happy 236th Birthday Marine Corps

Today is a special day in our family

besides the birthdays of baby hulk and my FIL.

(Happy Birthday Mr Joe)

Today is also the birthday of the 

Marine Corps.

As a Marine Corps family it is a special day.

Next Saturday we will get all dressed up for

the birthday ball and enjoy the very old

traditions of the Marine Corps.

Today I am celebrating more than just 

a Thursday.

HAHA I thought this was mighty appropriate since 

I will more than likely be turning 29 for a while. 

It has been a good day other than the

getting ready for Hurricane Irene 

to make her presence known overnight.

I have felt the love however thanks to the wonderful ladies 

from the Love and Envelopes Birthday Club

organized by April at Marine Parents.

Happy Birthday Carter

 Today is Carter's 11th birthday!

Since she was not going to be home for her

birthday we had her party a little early back in June.

She chose to have a sleepover and movie party.

Carter, Rosie, 4 of Carters friends and I went to watch

Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer.

The girls all enjoyed the movie and I even thought it was pretty cute.

Although who am I kidding I still love 

watching all the "young girl" movies.

Don't all moms?

After the movie we stopped by a Redbox to grab a

few more movies for the night.

Those girls were up until 230!

Ah, to still be young and not exhausted by 9pm.

Garden Bench

I have been on the lookout for a 

cute but functional bench to put outside

my house.

Last night while out wasting time I found one.

Isn't she beautiful?

Upon further research of this bench I found out it is...

made in the USA

100% recycled product

Could it have gotten any better?

Well, yes it could.

I bought it on clearance and paid 80% off the manufacturers price.

The hubby said it was my month early birthday present.

My world went from being a mom

Happy 1st birthday baby boy...

So the day has come and I am trying to keep it all together, my very last baby has turned 1. 

He is still asleep as I type this (although I am going to post it later in the morning and we wont be home) so I haven't had time to hold him yet and loose it. if only he knew what was coming when he wakes up. Maybe he does and that is why he is still sleeping this morning.
